Effective Date: August 14, 2026
Last Updated: August 14, 2026
Digitaura, Inc. (“Digitaura,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. We engineered Digitaura from the ground up on a fundamental core principle: Your data is your property, and privacy is the default state.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard the minimal information required to operate our commercial services and manage user accounts, while confirming our zero-telemetry architecture for on-device compute.
1. Our Core Privacy Guarantee: 100% Local-First & Zero-Knowledge
Unlike traditional cloud-based SaaS platforms, Digitaura operates 100% locally on your Apple Silicon hardware (macOS, iOS, and watchOS).
1.1 What Never Leaves Your Device
Digitaura, Inc. does NOT collect, transmit, store, scan, analyze, sell, or rent any of the following data processed by or stored within the Software:
- Local Vault Contents: Plaintext Markdown files, financial records, receipts, numbers/excel catalogs, invoices, and work orders stored in
~/Vault/or app containers. - AI Models & Outputs: Local vector embeddings, prompt histories, local LLM/VLM model context, and generated draft text.
- Audio & OCR: Voice recordings, transcriptions, and text extracted via spatial Apple Vision OCR.
- Field & Location Metadata: Geolocation coordinates recorded during worker clock-ins/outs or service visits.
- Local Database Records: SQLite tables, indexing schemas, or transaction logs.
All computation, model evaluation, and indexing occur exclusively on your local Apple Silicon CPU, GPU, and Neural Engine.
2. Information We Collect (Account & Transactional Only)
We only collect minimal personal information strictly necessary for license management, billing, payment processing, and customer support.
2.1 Information You Provide to Us
- Account & Billing Details: When you purchase a license or create an account, we collect your name, business email address, billing address, and payment confirmation tokens.
- Customer Support Communications: If you voluntarily contact us for technical support, we collect your email address, message content, and any diagnostic logs or screenshots you explicitly choose to attach.
2.2 Payment Information
All payment transactions are processed directly by our third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe, Apple App Store). Digitaura, Inc. does not store or have access to full credit card numbers or bank account details. Payment processors provide us only with transaction confirmation tokens, subscription status, and payment renewal dates.
3. Local Device-to-Device Communication
Digitaura enables seamless synchronization between your Mac compute host, iPhone capture client, and Apple Watch companion.
- Local Wi-Fi Network: Device pairing and data transfer occur strictly over your local local area network (LAN) using Bonjour / mDNS auto-discovery.
- No Cloud Bridge: Data passed between your Mac, iPhone, and Apple Watch travels directly across your local network and does not pass through Digitaura servers or third-party cloud infrastructure.
- Ephemeral Session Tokens: Local sync sessions are authenticated using locally generated ephemeral session keys enforce user-only POSIX permissions (
0600) and isolated local sockets.
4. How We Use Account Information
We use the limited account and billing information we collect solely for the following purposes:
- To issue, validate, and manage Software license keys and active seats.
- To process subscription billing, renewals, and invoice receipts.
- To provide technical support and respond to customer inquiries.
- To communicate critical Software updates, security alerts, and administrative notices.
- To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax reporting and financial record-keeping).
5. Information Sharing & Subprocessors
Digitaura, Inc. does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties or advertising networks.
We share account and billing information only with trusted third-party service providers (“Subprocessors”) strictly necessary to deliver our commercial operations:
